Nikki brings a unique blend of leadership, discipline, and compassion to her work. Her military service shaped her commitment to integrity, resilience, and service—principles that continue to guide her mission and ministry today.

Inspired by Acts 3:6, Nikki believes in meeting girls where they are and equipping them with the tools, mentorship, and faith needed to rise above challenges and walk into their God-given calling. Through intentional programming, mentorship, and spiritual development, she is committed to helping girls build strong foundations rooted in faith, confidence, and purpose.

Nikki’s heart for service extends beyond programs—it is a calling. From serving her country to serving her community, she remains dedicated to creating safe, empowering spaces where girls can grow, thrive, and lead.
